For all subsequent purchases, the company may offer product credit, which can be returned or adjusted after 90 days to 6 months based on sales performance.

If the Distributor fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, including payment delays, the company reserves the right to terminate the agreement.
Distributors wishing to exit the partnership must provide a 45-day written notice prior to termination of the agreement.
Your security deposit is fully refundable upon termination of the agreement as per the terms and conditions.
